• Got a new Job at Costa Coffee as a Barista Maestro
• Moving house, well in with the girlfriend in december
• Signed a fucking huge contract with a local business, more information in time, trust!

I’ve just logged onto twitter aswell, for the first time in a good few weeks properly, got my tweetdeck back (which has apparently been bought by twitter, wtf). Might be getting back with an old friend to help with his blog, which looks like its hit big time since I last spoke to him!

Life is good, well, good at the moment, im sure something will go wrong but right now, life is dandy.

Well, we’re not really going to buy a heat magazine but im sure my girlfriend might pick one up on the train.

Either way in only 4 short days im off to london to throw down some money in retail heaven! Staying at Travel Lodge’s Waterloo Hotel which has had really good reviews, in a really good location so should be nice.

We’re also going to “the village” which apparently is massive. Londons not new to me at all, been there thousands of times but this time it will be nice to relax with the girlfriend and go sightseeing.

During the day, while not coding and spending time with the girlfriend, I work at McDonalds as a Floor Manager. Thats basically running an area but also overseeing crew training and career progression.

Recently I’ve been on early shifts, starting at 5am and ending at 2pm. Frequently, just because of how life works, Im usually the first person they see in the morning that doesnt know them. This morning was lovely, just by being polite, happy and welcoming it encouraged people to spend more and overlly, return with more business.

Just thinking outside the box, sometimes I wake up on the wrong side of the bed, go to work annoyed and generally take my unknown frustration out on everyone I come across. I dont know why this is but if I were to come through a McDonalds drive thru on the way to work, just being greeted in a polite and welcoming matter would cheer me up.

Just some useless ramble from me again…

Just think next time though, be nice, you could make someones day.

Its coming to that time of year now, where people are starting new walks of life and some are returning to what they’re used too. I dont know about everyone else but I’ve had one of the best summers ever.

• Moved back home, to spend time with the family, means I get to know them all again which is nice.
• Went on holiday to a part of the world I’ve never been too, met some amazing new friends which I know I will be close to in the future.
• Looked and decided on a plan to move out with Katie, which is nice. Means a brighter future is just around the corner.
• Spent most evenings working or cuddled up with Katie, which means our relationship has grown so much
• Applied for a ton of jobs, got turned down for leads but some promising interviews are just round the corner.

Pretty Damn Good Summer!

Lets get on with another few months until the end of the year shall we?!

I dont know if you ever get that feeling, when everything is going a little bit too well. It started in the evening and slowly got worse until I got home from a very long day at work.

Server and hosting company went into administration, all backups gone, laptop decided it didn’t want to continue its hard work and just gave up on me. I know that many of my friends here online do have bad luck but it doesn’t get any worse than getting in at two am to find all this mess.

Either way I’ve spent the last week, building back up all the sites that were lost. Probably the most annoying thing I’ve ever done.

If you hadnt guessed by the way, I lost all my blog entries. I’ve got the design finished now, all it needs is a good few days coding.
